I made something else because crafting is my therapy! I call these Sick Bay Slippers and I think Nurse Chapel would totally wear them.
I’ve decided that age 25 would be a good time to recommit myself to my health. I have pretty healthy habits, I suppose, when compared to most people but I do have a tendency to let stress get to me. I currently have a very stressful job, which means it gets to me more often than not. I spend my time reading Buzzfeed instead of reading books. Instead of going to the gym, I go straight home after a long day of pleading with a bunch of 18 year olds to please just answer the damn question all I want is one sentence OH WAIT YOU CAN’T WRITE A SENTENCE.
Anyway, 25. Halfway to 50. A good time to start thinking about developing and keeping healthy habits like reading fiction AND non-fiction, swimming, cycling and eating well. I always feel better when I do these things, so why do I not want to do them at the end of the day?
This being said, I am still going to drink beer and eat donuts.
The Pogues and Kirsty McColl sing “Fairytale of New York” for you and your lousy boyfriend/girlfriend.
Billy Bragg sings “St. Swithin’s Day” for you!
It's not your intelligence, it's your tardiness
- Student: I did everything wrong.
- Miss: Well if you hadn't come late and then left for the bathroom immediately, you would have heard me explain the directions that are written at the top of the paper.
- Student: What, I gotta do it again because I didn't do it right?
- Miss: Yes.
- Student: Hell no, Miss. It's your fault you didn't explain it to me. I'm done.
This is what a quote looks like!
